Ministry of Justice extends "41 bis" regime by 1 year, Shullazi and 3

The four most talked about figures in the criminal world, Emiliano Shullazi, Arbjon Aliko, Endrit Qyrja and Genci Balla will have to stay isolated for another year in the savage "41 bis" regime.

On the proposal of SPAK, referring to the materials and information from the responsible structures, the Ministry of Justice decided to extend by 1 year the special regime in the High Security Prison for 4 of the 7 prisoners who are in this regime. The special regime has ended for Blerim Shullazi, Gilmando Dani and Endrit Zela.

Arbion Aliko was sentenced to life imprisonment for the murder of FNNSH operative Ibrahim Basha in Lazarat in June 2015. Endrit Qyrja was sentenced as a member of Shullazi's group, fined and challenged due to duty. Genci Balla was sentenced to 17 years in prison as part of a group of jihadists for sending several people to Syria.
