Erisild Ishmi, 33 years old, and Arsid Hoxha, 2 years old, were killed after being shot by the two owners of the hotel where they worked, Gëzim and Eduart Frroku.

The genesis of the serious event begins on June 28, when a conflict occurred between the hotel's chef and Arsid Hoxha. The motives are unknown, but on that date Ersild Ishmi, a relative of Hoxha, threatened the cook with a gun.

It turns out that Ishmi was handcuffed by the police, but it seems that the conflict was a premeditated murder.

"The services of the Velipoja Police Station, in implementation of the measures defined in the operational plan "Rule of Law", based on the information provided by the police intelligence on the location of a wanted citizen, have organized the work to capture and bring him to justice legal.

As a result of the controls, the wanted citizen EI, 33 years old, resident of Shkodër, was arrested.

This citizen was wanted because it is suspected that on 28.06.2024, in a bar in the village of Pulaj, he threatened with a pistol the cook of the bar, citizen AF, 33 years old, resident of Vaun e Dejës, as the latter was conflicted for weak motives with citizen EH, 20 years old, bar waiter (relative of citizen EI).

The pistol firearm was seized by the Police services, after the conflict", the police announcement said.

The uncle of the two brothers, owners of the hotel, Zef Frroku, told the media that the event could have been prevented if Ersild Ishmi had been kept in a cell. He claims that Ishmi was left under the security measure of "house arrest".

If Frroku's claim is confirmed, it means that the police did not work and Ishmi broke the security measure.
