This afternoon and tomorrow are expected to be accompanied by heavy rainfall and the two most at risk regions are Shkodra and Kukës.

In the Shkodër and Kukës regions, there may be flash floods of small mountain rivers and landslides. In urban areas, localized flooding problems may occur in these regions, depending on the condition of the sewerage system.

These rainfalls will bring dangerous increases in flows and levels in the Drin-Buna rivers, Lake Skadar, the Mat, Shkumbin and Vjosa rivers.

In the districts of Dibër, Lezha, Vlorë and Gjirokastër, moderate to locally intense rainfall is expected, accompanied by thunderstorms.

Tomorrow (Sunday, 04) minimum and maximum air temperatures are expected to reach:

on the coast: 13/ 17 °C

in lowlands: 10 / 18 °C

in mountainous areas: 4 / 12 °C

This afternoon (Saturday, 03) and tomorrow (Sunday, 04) the wind is expected to blow moderate to strong on the coast and in the north.
