How the Albanian flag touched the 5 deepest points of the globe thanks to a love story

Viktor Vescovo from Texas is the first person in the world who has landed in the 5 deepest points of the globe with his special submarine and has touched the highest peak of the planet and space.

He has been diving in the depths of the sea for more than 50 years, and he confesses to foreign media that he has never been injured.

The 5 people who were pronounced dead on Thursday after the submarine "Titan" exploded near the remains of the Titanic in the ocean, were his friends.

For this tragedy, Vescovo says it happened due to a technical defect and the fact that the team of the responsible company was not careful.

But what does Viktor have to do with the Albanian flag?

His wife, Monica Bey, is Albanian and as a sign of respect and love for her, Viktor has always kept the Albanian flag on his uniform and his equipment together with two American flags, whether when he explored the sea, mountain tops or space.

Me 28 Prill 2019 ai u ul ne piken me te thelle te Oqeaneve te Globit ne thellesine 10928 m. Me pas ai eksploroi 5 pikat me te thella te globit ne kuader te ekspedites Five deeps expedition. Me 24 Maj 2010 ai ishte ngjitur ne majen me te larte te botes ne Himalaje. Ndersa ne 2022 ai fluturoi ne hapesire me anijen New Shepard. Ai eshte njeriu i vetem ne glob qe ka arritur piken me te ulet, piken me te larte te globit dhe hapesiren. Ai mban gjithnje ne uniforme dhe ne pajisje, flamurin e Teksasit, 2 flamuj amerikane dhe flamurin shqiptar. Vescovo, landed at the deepest point of the oceans at a depth of 10928 m on April 28, 2019, then he explored the 5 deepest points of the globe as part of the "Five deeps expedition". On May 24, 2010 he climbed the world's highest peak in the Himalayas, while in 2022 he flew into space with the "New Shepard" ship.

Monika took his last name and on social networks she does not spare photos with her partner of the heart or dedications. On the other hand, Viktor has a special consideration for the history of Albania, which he considers exceptional.
