The Special Prosecutor's Office has appealed the decision of GJKKO for the former deputy Alqi Blako and the former minister Lefter Koka, defendants for the Elbasan incinerator.
SPAK SPAK requests in the Special Appeal the punishment of Bllako and Koka, the same as requested in the pretense, respectively 10 years for Koka and 4 years for Blako.
Blako was acquitted for the Elbasan incinerator, but is in prison, after being convicted for Fier.
While Lefter Koka was sentenced to 5 years and four months in prison.
