Egli Proga, 43 years old, died after barbaric violence by Denis Meçe, 28 years old. The event happened on Saturday in Pogradec, where the young man raped Proga to death after a conflict.
Acquaintances of the victim indicate that he was a quiet man. For the media, a worker who works next to the bar that had victims, said that Proga had no conflicts with anyone.
"Egli was a very quiet man, few words. We made some small talk, but he was very quiet. There were no conflicts with any person. I even greeted him the day the incident happened. I found out about his death the next day. I am very sorry" , she declared.
