The State Commissioner, Ilirjan Celibashi, spoke about the vote of the diaspora in the subcommittee for the latter.

Celibashi said that the CEC has already built the administrative structure that has dedicated responsibility for all aspects of the voting process from abroad.

Celibashi emphasized that the CEC has consolidated the directorate for voting from abroad and we have organized it in such a way to respond to all those technical elements of voting from abroad, starting from the registration, administration of votes and the release of the result.

"Since the decision of the CJK, there have been two acts of action of the CEC, the first one is related to the construction of an administrative structure within the CEC, which would address the moment when the regulatory legal framework would be ready, the entire aspect of voting diaspora.

The second was to promote as far as it was allowed and to bring to the attention of the political factor, civil society organizations the need for the process of voting from abroad to receive the address it would have to receive from the relevant institutions.
