The Prosecutor's Office of Tirana has requested 18 years in prison for Fredi Rrushi.

Rushi was accused of murdering businessman Ruzhdi Hoxha, who was found executed with a bullet to the head in Malin e Dajti on November 6, 2021.

As for his brother, Pajtim Rrushi, the Prosecutor's Office asked for 1.5 years in prison. He is accused of not reporting a crime and committing actions that hinder the investigation.

The process against them took place with a summary trial, accepting the evidence as it is, but not the accusation.

 Citizen Samir Hoxha (son of the businessman) called citizen Ferdi Rrushi and asked him for a meeting to ask him about his father Rrushdiu, since Fredi was the last person who had met his father. Fredi told him that he was not at home, but had gone to work in Martanesh, as he works there as a businessman in a chrome mine, and on the phone he said: 'I left your father Rrushi on 21.10.2021 in midnight to the trio at the bus station, and according to him, a girl, a friend of his, would come and pick him up," the file reads.
