More than a week after the murder of the Albanian Armando Beqiri in Iceland, the police announced that they are close to fully clarifying the event. Local media report that there are more than 20 investigators dealing with the case, who have seized some computer data and mobile phones that can give a clear picture of what happened.

There are more than 10 people in custody for this murder, but the deadline for keeping them in the cell expires today. Police will ask the court to keep the detainees in jail until the end of the investigation. All the suspects have been questioned, but police are still seeking evidence.

Iceland Police Chief Margeir Sveinsson said in a statement that a lot of data that could uncover the crime has been seized. According to him, computers and telephones were seized during the searches in the suspects' apartments.

Regarding this murder in handcuffs is an Albanian. He is one of the main suspects. Traces of the firearm were found in his apartment, but he presented himself to the police and denied involvement in the crime.
