According to AS, RB Leipzig see Asllan as the leading candidate to replace Diomandé, should the talented striker leave for Real Madrid. Negotiations between the Madrid club and Leipzig are said to be advanced, which could prompt the German team to act quickly for the Kosovo Albanian.

Leipzig are ready to pay the 23-year-old's €29m release clause, making the situation even more urgent for Barcelona.

The Catalans have identified Asllan as an alternative to Ferran Torres, but have yet to make an official offer. Torres' future remains uncertain, with his contract expiring in a year and Paris Saint-Germain and Atlético Madrid interested.
