Këlliçi attacks Rama: It is not the citizens who keep him in power,

The Deputy Chairman of the Democratic Party, Belind Këlliçi, has reacted with strong accusations against Prime Minister Edi Rama, claiming that his political support does not come from citizens, but from groups that, according to him, have benefited from the government over the past few years.

Through a post on social media, Këlliçi refuted Rama's claim that concerned citizens have asked him not to resign, calling this statement untrue.

According to the democrat, behind the prime minister stand oligarchs, individuals connected with financial interests, corrupt representatives of the administration, patronage figures and criminal groups, who, according to him, have benefited from the current government.

If you add them all together, Edi Rama doesn't even get half of the 800,000 votes he claims to have.

Behind him are only a few groups with financial interests that have become very rich over the past 13 years, the oligarchs who have shared Albania with him, the criminal organizations that have shared power with him, the corrupt part of the administration, and the patronage players.

All of them together, both in numbers and especially in what they represent, cannot keep a Prime Minister in office. When he says that people have written to him concerned about his resignation, he is lying like hell.

The only ones who can write to him are the clients of his government because they want to steal more and the gang leaders who don't want to lose political support. No one else writes to the most corrupt Prime Minister in Europe.

None of these groups can compete with the energy, the cause, the morality and the story of the square, of the protest. They have managed to win the sympathy of Albanians and the world and have left Rama with a figure after which even the police squads with poisonous substances are caught.
