A 38-year-old man has been arrested by police in Dibër after allegedly firing a gun into the air to threaten several people. The incident occurred on the evening of July 24 on "Elez Isufi" Boulevard.
The police announce that a citizen FI, resident of the village of Pollozhan, has been arrested, while a 19-year-old has been criminally prosecuted at large.
According to preliminary investigations, the 38-year-old, in collaboration with the 19-year-old, is suspected of having fired a firearm into the air at several citizens, with the aim of threatening them.
Meanwhile, criminal proceedings have been initiated against 8 other people for "Failure to Report a Crime", as it is suspected that they were aware of the incident, but did not report it to the police.
Also, a 44-year-old man has been prosecuted for actions that allegedly prevented the discovery of the truth.
