Arben Kola, one of the organizers of the protest held in Tirana, has been released from the premises of Police Station No. 1, several hours after being escorted by the Police during the rally.

After leaving the police station, Kola spoke to the media, stating that his escort occurred while he was articulating the protest calls.

"I was just making our usual calls. The calls were: 'You with gas, we with eggs', 'Edi Rama the traitor'. Apparently they got jealous ," said Kola.
He said that during the escort, no concrete reason was given by the officers, and that the police referred to the law in a general way.

"He didn't say anything. 'Why did you come out, this is the law and that is the law,' such as the accusations that the police use to blackmail protesters. No pressure was exerted," he declared.
