An unusual episode was recorded at the end of the plenary session in the Assembly, regarding the loan agreement with the United States for military equipment.

Instead of making the document available to MPs, they were asked to read it together in a room with a capacity for only 15 people.

The situation has also produced a spicy moment, as the leader of the "Mundësia" Party, Agron Shehaj, was able to get the only copy of the document and ran away from the Parliament premises. A Parliament employee followed him, who can be heard saying: "Sir, please...".

The opposition has opposed the way the document was administered, while the agreement is expected to be reviewed through an expedited procedure.
