Footage has been released of the moment when Agron Shehaj takes a copy of the confidential agreement for the $302 million loan with the United States and runs away from the Parliament premises.

As can be seen in the video published in the media, Shehaj takes the document and runs away, while a secretary of the Assembly is chasing him, who consequently falls down the stairs.

As can be seen in the video below, MPs and those present in the Assembly premises came to his aid.

 

Meanwhile, Shehaj himself, after the episode in the Assembly, stated to the media that he received the document after signing the confidentiality statement.

According to him, he took the document to read and after becoming familiar with its contents, he returned it to the office where it was located.
