Berisha emphasized that the family is the foundation of the Albanian nation, and that this sector has suffered an unprecedented “aggression”, mainly due to leftist policies that, according to him, have attempted to dismantle traditional family values. Berisha promised the creation of a Ministry of Family, which will support Albanian families with child bonuses and other financial and social support, including a living wage for each child up to the age of 23.

Berisha : My friends, the foundations of the program of Great Albania rest first and foremost on that foundation that has shone for centuries, our national greatness, the Albanian family.

It will be supported from birth to 23 years old for everything for the third child.
Time has brought that today hundreds and thousands of families are headed by mothers.
I guarantee them that the next government will do everything to alleviate, to solve every shortage and every problem they have.
That their children will have 200 euros as the living minimum.
That the government will do everything for the success of their businesses.
My friends, when we talk about the family, it is very clear that its heart is the mother, the wife, the sister, the Albanian girl.
Therefore, we pledge here before you that with the greatest determination we will tear down the wall of patriarchy, this blind violator of human rights.
I guarantee women and girls that everything will be done for their success.
That their businesses will be supported with special lines.
That those who are called housewives will be rewarded for their work.
Friends, I have a big thank you today for socialist women. Yesterday, those noble women turned the show of the most misogynistic man in Europe, Edi Rama, into a defeat.
And he was forced to say that the evil eye has seen us.
But you are the evil itself. Where is the evil eye that sees you, you are the greatest evil.
