The video shows how Basha and Balla met in secret at the height of the debate

The former leader of the Democratic Party, Lulzim Basha, and the leader of the SP parliamentary group, Taulant Balla, held a secret meeting.

The video of the meeting between them was published by Syri TV, while the video shows the moment when Basha and Balla arrive at an apartment that appears to be the property of one of his associates. 

It is 18:04 in the afternoon of December 3, 2022 when Lulzim Basha arrives in a "Jeep" type vehicle with license plate AA 751 MO, the car of one of his associates and not his own (probably to avoid being noticed) . 

The meeting took place at the height of the debate about the developments in DP, about the seal of the Democrats, and then the already known decision was made. 

At 18:04, Lulzim Basha enters the apartment designated for the meeting.

At 18:27 minutes, Taulant Balla also arrives. 

Taulant Balla leaves first, from the apartment where the meeting was held, at 7:26 p.m., taking the elevator. 

While at 19:45 minutes, it is Lulzim Basha who leaves his friend's apartment, walking down the stairs and running.   

Thus, it is learned that Balla and Basha met at Gjergj Luca's resort, as well as at several other places in Tirana, meetings which have always been denied by both.
