In an interview with Porter magazine, Amanda admitted that, all things considered, she came out of early 2000s Hollywood "pretty unscathed", although she had to deal with unpleasant situations.

"Being 19 years old, walking around in no underwear... How did I let that happen?" she explained. “Oh, I know why: I was 19 and I didn't want to upset anyone and I wanted to keep my job. That's why."
