What is Angelina Jolie's message and where did she get inspired for her

Angelina Jolie has published her latest book entitled "Know Your Rights and Claim Them: A Guide for Youth."

Last Saturday, Jolie hosted a book party that explores children's rights and the knowledge young people need to know to protect themselves.

"When children and young people have the agency, power and knowledge to speak, they can change lives, helping to achieve a more equal society,"  Angelina Jolie wrote on her Instagram profile.

"This is the message of our new book, which was written in consultation with young activists around the world - and it is for them, and all young people fighting for their rights globally," she continued.

Recall that Angelina Jolie has been advocating for human rights for years, especially for women and children. Her activism as part of civil society began in the 2000s, when she began working on issues such as immigration, health and education for young people around the world.

In her message, Jolie added that she is "so inspired by young people around the world" who regularly fight for human rights "on the front line".

"From protecting the environment to fighting inequality and discrimination, they are intervening to do the work that adults need, but so far they have failed to do so," she  wrote.
