The plastic surgeon explains what happened to Zac Efron's face

A few days ago Zac Efron was in the spotlight on Twitter due to a drastic change his face has undergone.

The actor, along with other celebrities, joined Bill Nye to promote "Earth Day Musical". Zac Efron fans have begun to allude that the actor has made facial interventions because he now looks completely like another man.

"I refuse to believe that this is the face of Zac Efron… who did this," someone wrote on Twitter after the video was published.

A plastic surgeon, Anthony Youn has explained what really happened to Zac's face. 

"Everyone is talking about Zac Efron and how strange his appearance looks. Has he had plastic surgery to reshape his jaw? Botox? Fillers? I do not think so! In fact I think he did a dental surgery, not plastic surgery. This is why he is bloated in these areas. If you removed the tooth of maturity, did you look like that? ” - said the doctor.
