The Minister of State and chief negotiator, who is Majlinda Dhuka, was appointed

Majlinda Dhuka is the youngest minister in Edi Rama's government cabinet. She will also be Albania's chief negotiator, replacing Zef Mazin.

Although with a low public profile, Dhuka has headed one of the most important directorates. She was the Director of the Department of Development and Foreign Aid in the prime minister.

Dhuka has also held the post of Deputy General Secretary of the Council of Ministers. She was also a member of the Supervisory Council of Sh.a. "Porti Detar"-Shengjin.

Majlinda Dhuka is a lawyer by profession and has over 20 years of experience in the public sector and as a university lecturer.
