The President of the Republic, Bajram Begaj, reacted after the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe voted with over two-thirds of those present for Kosovo to be a member of the Council of Europe.
Begaj expressed that he welcomes today's decision and thanks all those who have worked and supported Kosovo's rightful request to join the Council of Europe.
