Bardhi gives 10 facts that prove Olsi Rama's involvement in the "Xibraka" file

1. The prosecution and the Albanian court have accepted that the convicted persons (9 citizens, of which 7 Albanians and 2 Colombians) are not the only persons involved in this criminal activity. On 08.03.2016, the Prosecutor's Office for Serious Crimes divided the proceedings for "unidentified collaborators" naming it with no. 335/1 of the proceedings, for which he estimated that there was a need for other investigations related to the identification of other collaborators in this criminal activity for whom the investigations should continue.

2. In most of the service reports of the police observation groups, where it turns out that all the persons involved have been identified, there is always an unidentified person who is described as "a 45-year-old person with short hair". Olsi Rama, the brother of Prime Minister Edi Rama, was born on 09.09.1969 and in the period December 2014-January 2015 he was 45 years old. From the look of his photo, it also appears that he is a "short-haired" person.

3. In the meeting of 13.01.2015 with almost all the members of the criminal group, the "45-year-old person with short hair", who remained unidentified, was the user of the vehicle with license plate AA653DM. 

4. From the data of the TIMS system, it appears that Olsi Rama is the user of the vehicle with license plate AA653DM. 

5. The vehicle with license plate AA653DM, which was driven by the unidentified member and described as "a 45-year-old person with short hair", turns out to have been used by the rest of the leaders of the criminal group, including Genci Xjixha , Ermal Hoxha and Gentian Gjonaj.

6. So, the vehicle with license plate AA653DM, since on 13.01.2015 in the meeting organized between the members of the criminal organization, was driven by an unidentified person and described as "a 45-year-old person with short hair", during the period April - December 2014, it was used for entry and exit from Albania, according to the TIMS system, by Olsi Rama, Genci Xhixha (boss of the criminal group), Ermal Hoxha (member of the criminal group) and Gentian Gjonaj (member of the criminal group).

7. The use of the same vehicle at least proves a consolidated friendship between Olsi Rama and the leading persons of the organization such as Genci Xjixha or Gentian Gjonaj.

8. The suspicion of the Albanian investigators was that Genci Xjixha was notified in advance of the possibility of arrest and left the Albanian territory illegally on January 14, 2015. The brother of Prime Minister Edi Rama, Olsi Rama, results from the TIMS system to have a date of Albania on January 14, 2015, at 3:38 p.m., from the border crossing point "Morinë" in Kosovo, with a vehicle that is surprisingly unregistered in the system.

9. From the verification of the TIMS system, Olsi Rama, like Genci Xjixha, is found to have the most frequent entrances and exits with the shortest stay from October 2014 to January 2015, during which the preparation period extends to in finalizing the criminal offense of production and sale of narcotics.

10. The verification of the TIMS system shows that the brother of the Prime Minister of Albania, Olsi Rama, has left the Albanian territory on 07/11/2014, one day before the arrival in Albania of the two Colombian citizens Cesar Adolfo Avila Gutierrez and Walter Moren Morena, who with their chemical knowledge made it possible to start the cocaine processing process. According to the Albanian court, it turns out that an unidentified person made their arrival in Albania possible on 08/11/2014.
