Kreu i PD Sali Berisha, në një deklaratë për mediat nga selia blu, foli për raportin e miratuar nga PPE për Shqipërinë.

Berisha: Raporti është një pasqyrë e veçantë, besnike si asnjëherë më parë në historinë e vendit e Shqipërisë, regjimit të Edi Ramës, regjimit që ka shndërruar zgjedhjet në farsë elektorale, regjimit që ka përqendruar të gjitha pushtetet në një dorë, që kontrollon mediat dhe drejtësinë, regjimit të bazuar në kapjen e shtetit, drogën, krimin dhe korrupsionin.

Raporti ka një bosht, dhe mund t’u them se boshti i tij është kapja e shtetit. Shqipëria është një shtet i kapur nga krimi, droga, organizatat kriminale. Shqipëria sipas raportit, i cili citon V-Dem, thotë se ka deficite të thella, të mëdha në parimet themelore të procesit zgjedhor.

Shqipëria, sipas raportit, ka ndërtuar një rrjet patronazhistësh, sistemin e blerjes së votës, ka angazhuar grupet kriminale për të kontrolluar vullnetin e qytetarëve. Ka zhdukur linjën ndarëse midis institucioneve të shtetit dhe strukturave partiake. Shqipëria pra është vendi në të cilin narkoeurot janë shndërruar në një faktor që po shkatërrojnë ekonominë shqiptare. Vendi në të cilin gara nuk ekziston ose është krejt fiktive. Makineri gjigante e larjes së parave të krimit dhe të drogës. Vendi në të cilin zyrtarisht mbrohet korrupsioni.

Raporti ndalet plotësisht në dosjen Balluku, në qëndrimet e Edi Ramës ndaj kësaj dosje që e implikojnë atë direkt, në sulmet që Edi Rama i bën prokurorisë dhe gjykatës për këtë dosje. Ndalet tek AKSHI, tek dora e zezë e tij në dosjen e AKSHI-t. Ndalet tek koncesionet dhe PPP-të. Tek prokurimet publike me klientelë.
