The leader of the Democratic Party, Sali Berisha, has addressed a direct message to Generation Z, who are protesting against the Rama government.

The leading democrat praised the youth's engagement as a strong movement against, as he called it, an "authoritarian dictatorship."

Berisha described this generation as a key force in the country's political and social life, emphasizing that young people represent the energy and courage to confront the current situation in Albania.

"So, two words about Generation Z. This movement, dear friends, is in many ways the greatest miracle of Albania and Albanians in times. Why do I say this? There are different currents, but those who are the energy, those who are the courage, those who are the invincible spirit, they are the young people of that generation that has never known an authoritarian dictatorship. And it is this generation that rises in the most powerful way against an authoritarian dictatorship.

"If a large part of society bows its head, if tens of thousands of intellectuals choose indifference, these young people have chosen to confront the greatest evil that Albanians could have faced in history, with Edi Rama ," Berisha said.
