Berisha: Young couples will receive 30 thousand euro grants to afford the loan

DP Chairman Sali Berisha said that small businesses, with their arrival in government, will have energy for 6 lekë. Berisha said that the ceiling for imposing VAT will be moved from 100 to 180 lekë, while the ceiling for paying profit tax will be moved from 140 to 180 thousand euros.

He stressed that production in Albania is the motto of the coalition "PD-Alliance for Greater Albania". Berisha said that we will set bonuses for the first child of 70 euros, the second child of 60 euros, while for the third child the state will cover the total expenses from birth to 23 years of age. He further added that education will be modernized and the student scholarship will be 200 euros. The leader of the Democrat emphasized that young couples will receive grants of 30 thousand euros to afford the loan.

We guarantee the citizens that we will change Albania. That small businesses, as I have declared everywhere I have met them, will have energy for 6 lek. They will have public space for 120 lek compared to the 1500 lek they receive today. That the ceiling for imposing VAT will be moved from 100 to 180 lek. That the ceiling for paying profit tax will be moved from 140 to 180 thousand euros.
And that the municipality will have the limit at the top, it will never be able to impose municipal fees above 1 percent of the annual turnover. In this way, we give a real breather to small businesses.

Made in Albania, production in Albania is our motto, it is our pride. We will create the most friendly climate for business, attracting foreign investments, employment and increasing salaries are our goals. I guarantee that energy from south to north, on every Albanian roof that wants it, there will be photovoltaic panels and within 3 years they will liquidate their investment and will always have energy for free. And the state will buy any surplus production. There is no Great Albania without youth. That is why we will set bonuses for the first child at 70 euros.

For the second child, 60 euros. For the third child, total expenses from birth to 23 years old. We will modernize education. We will put the teacher on a pedestal. The student scholarship will be 200 euros. The average is removed. We will do everything for the education, employment and housing of young people. Young couples will receive grants of 30 thousand euros to afford the loan. And if their family becomes three children, that grant is forgiven forever. So, in addition to these, Albania will become the epicenter of high technology. Albania will be a Great Albania and I assure you that this project is concrete, it is 100 percent feasible.
