Democratic Party MP, Asllan Dogjani, made a statement after leaving SPAK, where he commented on today's decision by Judge Rudina Palloi regarding the case in his charge following an investigation into concealing assets.

 Dogjani described her decision as an act of justice that proves that there are still impartial and competent judges in the judicial system.

In the end, Dogjani guaranteed that he would not be stopped by any kind of threat, emphasizing the importance of an independent and professional justice system.

'This decision by Judge Rudina Palloi showed that, despite these threats, there are competent judges, and I hope that the justice system has as many judges as this lady did today, who ruled on the invalidity and gave a very fair decision. She will give the final decision on Friday, at 10 am, but our requests were accepted. Today the invalidity of the case was declared, and the court will rule on the recess on Friday.

Edi Rama, despite these threats you make, today I was in the Laws Committee, where a loan was requested to be given to AlbControl, because Beccheti has taken 110 million euros from Albanian taxpayers. Meanwhile, Rama must be held responsible for these 110 million euros, because we pay them. Today the court declared the invalidity and accepted our requests. The final decision, to dismiss the case, will be pronounced on Friday at 10 am.

The court will issue a decision on the acceptance or return of the documents, as this is within its jurisdiction.

But today my requests as a defense were accepted: invalidity, unusability, and the prosecution's haste in sending the case to trial.

"I wish that the justice system had as many judges as possible like Rudina Palloi, who act on the basis of law and procedure and are not afraid of these thieves and bandits," Dogjani said.
