'What do they want from Albini, to violate the Constitution of Kosovo?'

" What do they want from Albini ", this is how the vice president of the Freedom Party, Petrit Vasili, started the post on Facebook.

Vasili says that every action of the Prime Minister of Kosovo, Albin Kurti, is completely in absolute respect of the Constitution and territorial sovereignty.

Vasili further writes that any provocation from the Serbian side is not based on any constitutional or legal principles, but is simply a tactic to gain time.

What do they want from Albin Kurti, for him to violate the Constitution and the territorial sovereignty of Kosovo?

The question is insurmountable because every action of Kurt is completely in absolute respect of the Constitution and territorial sovereignty.

Do the Albanians in their municipalities in Serbia have the rights that the Serbs have in Kosovo?

The Albanians in their municipalities in Serbia are not even comparable to the Serbs in Kosovo, who have decisive rights even for constitutional changes.

The Constitution of Kosovo has the highest standard for minorities like no other country and where Serbs are the main minority. Minorities are also placed on the Kosovo State Flag, where the stars symbolize them. In Serbia, there is no mention of these standards for the Albanians there in Presheve, Bujanovc.

Here is what its Article 144 says about Constitutional amendments

"Article 144 [Amendment]

1. Qeveria, Presidenti ose një e katërta (1/4) e deputetëve të Kuvendit, sipas Rregullores së Punës të Kuvendit, mund të propozojnë ndryshime dhe amendamentime të kësaj Kushtetute.

2. Çdo ndryshim do të kërkojë miratimin e dy të tretave (2/3) të të gjithë deputetëve të Kuvendit, përfshirë dy të tretat (2/3) e të gjithë deputetëve të Kuvendit që mbajnë vende të rezervuara ose të garantuara për përfaqësuesit e komuniteteve që nuk janë shumicë në Republikën e Kosovës."

Keto te drejta as ne enderr nuk i kane shqiptaret ne Serbi.

Vetem po respekton Kushtetuten e Kosoves, qe shprehet qarte per Sovranitetin, integritetin e pandashem territorial te Kosoves dhe multietnicitetin e saj.

Kushtetuta e Kosoves:

 "Neni 1 [Përkufizimi i Shtetit]

1. Republika e Kosovës është shtet i pavarur, sovran, demokratik, unik, dhe i pandashëm.

3. Republika e Kosovës nuk ka pretendime territoriale ndaj asnjë shteti ose pjese të ndonjë shteti dhe nuk do të kërkojë të bashkohet me asnjë shtet ose pjesë të ndonjë shteti.

Neni 2 [Sovraniteti]

2. Sovraniteti dhe integriteti territorial i Republikës së Kosovës është i pacenueshëm, i patjetërsueshëm dhe i pandashëm dhe mbrohet me të gjitha mjetet e përcaktuara me këtë Kushtetutë dhe me ligj.

Neni 3 [Barazia para Ligjit]

1. Republika e Kosovës është shoqëri shumetnike, e përbërë nga shqiptarët dhe komunitetet e tjera e cila qeveriset në mënyrë demokratike, me respektim të plotë të sundimit të ligjit,përmes institucioneve të veta legjislative, ekzekutive dhe gjyqësore."

Çdo pretendim pertej ketyre momenteve fondamentale eshte antiligj dhe antishtet.

Any provocation of Serbia is not based on any constitutional or legal principle, but is simply a tactic to gain time, to weaken the internal and external position of Kosovo and to deepen the Serbian activity for the withdrawal of Kosovo's recognition.

Therefore, today we are all with Albini as the legitimate defender of the Constitution and the territorial and state integrity of Kosovo.

Any other attitude is only a service to the dark interests, old and new, anti-Kosovo and Serbian chauvinism.
