Fatmir Mediu is called to testify in SPAK

The former Minister of Defense, Fatmir Mediu, appeared this morning at SPAK. He appeared without a lawyer and is expected to be questioned by prosecutors.

The media is expected to be asked about the issue of the former complex "Partizani" and not about "Gërdec". As for the "Partizani" case, he will be questioned as a person in the know, since at that time he held the position of Minister of Defense.

In December 2020, SP filed a lawsuit, accusing the family members of former Prime Minister Sali Berisha of privatizing the complex.
