Gjokutaj: Irena Gjoka was not expelled even though she did not contest the

Lawyer Genc Gjokutaj has reacted to the media after the court session in which the security measure 'house arrest' against the leader of the opposition, Sali Berisha, as well as the non-dismissal of judge Irena Gjoka, was left in force, according to the request of the defense.

Gjokutaj has called the court's decision a scandal, where according to him, Gjoka in her relationship does not contest the existence of the fact that she has been sentenced by the administrative court with detention in the Schengen area.

Gjokutaj: We submitted all our opposition to the so-called results that SPAK submits for Mr. Berisha, in no action that they claim, although they are actions that happened earlier, reported twice, but in our dispute, Mr. Berisha is not subject to investigations , there is no investigative action that sheds light on an act, on a firm, on a statement of Mr. Berisha, on his action or inaction in relation to this matter. This is a scandal. The court decided to continue the measure of 'house arrest', while the investigations deal with the problems of fire protection, with patriotic contributions.

Today we heard arguments in the session, but today we received a copy of the decision of this court to overturn our request for the dismissal of judge Irena Gjoka. Based on the law, judge Irena Gjoka made a report to the judge who was considering her exclusion, and it is interesting that Mrs. Gjoka in her report does not contest the existence of the fact that she was sentenced by the administrative court to the detention in the Schengen area but it says that the claims of the defense do not enter into those reasons that lead to my exclusion, and the court then, in a reasoning outside the scope of our research, says that this court is not competent to judge the end or not of Mrs. Gjoka's mandate. These are technologies.
