The College of the Supreme Court dismissed this Tuesday the complaint submitted by the lawyers of the leader of the Democratic Party, Sali Berisha and his son-in-law, Jamarbër Malltez, regarding the revocation and replacement of the security measure, in connection with the investigations into the Partizani file.

The decision was taken by the judging panel composed of judges Sandër Simoni, Ilir Panda and Sokol Binaj.

The lawyers had asked for the exclusion of this panel from considering this case, but this request was rejected by them as well.
