Democratic deputy Belind Kelliçi will hand over the mandate of the deputy today. The speech he will give in the pulpit will be the last for Kelliç.

He is running for mayor of Tirana with the opposition coalition "Bashkë Fitomje", where he is facing the current mayor Erion Veliaj in the May 14 elections.

On the eve of the speech, Kelliçi made a post on Facebook where he wrote that he leaves the Assembly with a white face, just as he entered on the day of the oath.

I will leave this hall today as I entered on swearing-in day, white-cheeked and aware of what you expect of me.

After a while, the welcome speech", writes Belindi Këlliçi.

Also supporting Këlliç and Luciano Boçi, he will leave the mandate of deputy to run for mayor in Elbasan. While speaking in the Assembly, Boçi says that he is making this sacrifice to return the glory to the Municipality of Elbasan.

He also mocked the government saying that he has forgiven the slanderers with the idea that forgiveness is divine and calls on them to stop forcing citizens to like them on social networks.

Po e dorëzoj sot mandatin me kushtin që të jem më pranë njerëzve të mi, qytetarëve të Elbasanit. Një mekanizëm që vret besimin dhe shpresën e qytetarëve. Këtu jam ballafaquar me kundërshtar luftarak dhe me kolegë.. i kam falur shpifjet me idenë se falja është hyjnore. Ky vend më ka pëlqyer për dinamikën, të bukurën e politikës dhe të shëmtuarën e saj. Nuk jam nga ata që dorëzohem. Më pëlqejnë betejat dhe sfidat, sikurse më pëlqen të jem me njerëzit e vërtetë të këtij vendi, të nxis një investim, të ndihmoj dikë. Jam i bindur që edhe ju këtë dëshironi, pavarësisht detyrimeve dhe joshjeve politike. Më është dhënë privilegji që dikush mund ta quajë sakrificë.
