Paloka-Dumanit: Has Veliaj been investigated for transferring the waste contract

The deputy of the Democratic Party, Edi Paloka, addressed 4 main questions about the issue of incinerators to the head of SPAK, Altin Dumani.

"Have the reasons for this transition been investigated and does this act have anything to do with this corruption issue?" Plaoka asks.

In fact, my questions are related to the incinerator, which the prosecutor called an intellectual crime, and these intellectuals who steal millions, according to him, are good at hiding their crimes.

In the case of the incinerator, the only skill and the only concealment that they have skillfully done is the incinerator itself, only that no one sees because all the other facts are screaming.

My questions are related to concrete issues and I already know the answer, I have heard it several times and it is no secret that I am returning the questions in a different form.

1. Erion Veliaj paid 29 million euros for the deposit of waste in the Municipality of Tirana today, while only 11 euros were paid just before he took this issue into his hands, and this is no longer a secret to anyone?

2. Veliaj transferred the remaining contracts from the public enterprise of Sharra to one of his companies. Have the reasons for this transition been investigated and is this act related to this corruption issue?

3. The same companies always have Zoton as their title holders, but because in fact political figures are hiding behind them, this company was given 15 million euros for the removal of waste from 'Portoromano' without any official procedure.

4. Klodian Zoto was paid over 2 million euros for the river carriers in Shkumbin and Išem, where the money was taken and the carriers are not seen by anyone, but they intellectually managed to hide them quite well.
