Public appeal to the citizens of Shkodra, intellectuals and all those who care about the protection of the interest, history, heritage and identity of our city.

It is time to stand up against any attempt to alienate Shkodra's identity and values.

This is just the beginning of the strategy that aims to seize Shkodra and use it as a money launderer for crime and corruption, the city which is the last remaining stronghold of the boundless appetite and unbridled imagination of power.

Shkodra and Idromeno can never be the city of whims and individual occult interests of anyone, otherwise the generations will not forgive us.
A 2,400-year-old city cannot fall under the rule of a ruling gang that has taken the country hostage.

The alienation of the most beautiful city by desecrating its history, tradition, architecture, culture and everything for which it is known and appreciated worldwide, is unacceptable and must be faced with the reaction of our fellow citizens who love and care for this city.

Shkodra needs the voice, protection and commitment of every intellectual and every honest person who loves Shkodra not with slogans, but with actions, civic reaction and facts.
