Tabaku requests the government: Return the tax installment to free

DP MP Jorida Tabaku, who engaged with the DP parliamentary group in the battle in the Constitutional Court for the annulment of the tax for Free Professionals, reacted today by asking the government to restore the payment that was taken from the latter.

According to Tabaku, there are 10,000 free professionals who have paid the tax, which was later found unconstitutional by the Constitutional Court.

According to her, 10 million euros is nothing for the budget, but it is a lot for the pocket of the middle class.

The Constitutional Court has made a clear decision regarding the unconstitutional Tax on Free Professions. It knocked him down!

However, even though the case was in the Court and was being examined by it, the socialist government continued to send notices to Free Professionals to pay the unconstitutional tax and to those who dared not to pay as they were waiting for the Court's decision, the socialist government mentioned the punishment for a dishonest tax that was later dropped.

 

Today, there are about 10,000 businesses that have paid a tax that they should not have paid. The state budget has accumulated over 10 million euros in income from 10 thousand free professionals.

 Clearly, these revenues were collected from a dishonest and unconstitutional tax. The government will have to immediately start the procedures to return these 10 million euros to the middle class from which it was taken in violation of the Constitution.

The decision of the Constitutional Court is final, indisputable. The Albanian government has only the duty to implement this decision! It is not possible in a state of law, in a western democracy, to discuss the decisions of any court, let alone the constitutional one.

 10 million euros is nothing for the state treasury, but it is a lot for the pocket of the middle class, which is the backbone of our country. They must return what was taken unfairly and dishonestly! They themselves could never support the middle class, at least implement the court decision.
