The General Secretary of the DP, at the same time an MP and member of the National Security Commission in Parliament, Flamur Noka, through a letter sent today, has asked President Begaj for clarification regarding the 10-day visit of the head of SHISH, Vlora Hyseni in Belgrade.

"Given that Albania is a NATO member country, the visit of the President of SHISH, a member country to a non-partner and non-NATO member country, has created major concern. This is because SHISH represents a major National Security institution. Also, this visit increases the mystery and raises many questions, as it is taking place at a very complicated and delicate moment for Kosovo, where Serbian President Vucic is provoking by disturbing the situation and peace in Kosovo and endangering stability in the region.

Considering the preservation of peace and stability in the region as very important, as a member of the Commission for National Security, I request to be informed about the motive of this enigmatic visit, its reasons and purpose.

Have the superior institutions been informed and has their approval been obtained?

Has it been done in consultation and have our NATO partners been informed about this visit?

I request that the information be made available to me within a time limit of 5 days" , says Noka's request to President Begaj.
