The Chairman of the Movement for National Development, Dashamir Shehi, invited to Euronews Albania, stated that the Albanian people must be re-educated.

He also said that the figure of the teacher today is not a respected figure as it was 30 years ago, since according to him, this category today is paid less than a plumber.

"In the long-term field, Albania must be re-educated. We are slipping year by year in that international ranking in terms of education. A small country like Albania, the greatest resource has been the youth, their ability in the labor market.

But if we don't have education, if we don't have young people ready for the workplace and for universities, of course we will be left behind. But the government has realized that this is done with waiters, with the barman.
