A SPAK mega-operation hit 7 criminal groups, among them well-known figures of the underworld. Some of them have already been arrested, others are being sought.

Among those declared wanted is the former deputy of the SP, Arben Ndoka, whose name has been revealed as an associate of Ervis Martinaj.

According to TCH, Ndoka ordered the murder of Durim Bami and his brother, Valter, to take revenge for the murder of his brother in 2017, Aleksandër Ndoka.

The ex-MP was helped by Ervis Martinaj, who guaranteed him the money he would need to commit the murder.

It is suspected that Ndoka had found hired killers, with whom he had discussed figures from 100 to 600 thousand euros for the murder of the Bami brothers, money for which he would give to Martianaj.
