16 candidates for deputies for verification at the Prosecutor's Office, Lala reveals their connections with criminal gangs

16 candidates for deputies for verification at the Prosecutor's Office,

16 candidates from new and small parties proved to be suspicious in their past and were sent by the CEC for verification to the General Prosecutor's Office in implementation of the decriminalization law.

Journalist Klodiana Lala told MCN that the 16 candidates involved in the investigations are mainly from small parties and not from the two main parties, the Socialist Party and the Democratic Party.

She has also highlighted the candidates' possible links to organized crime, mentioning individuals known for their connections to criminal groups, such as Xhevdet Troplini and Vangjush Dakos in Durrës.

"In this specific case, the special prosecutor's office could be a huge burden for the political party and could certainly create problems in the future. Today, it has sent them for an in-depth investigation."

16 candidates are mainly from small parties, not from the two main parties, the Socialist Party and the Democratic Party.

I note that in the parliamentary elections of May 11, there are two main concerns, one candidates who are either under indictment by the special prosecution or are under official investigation by this institution and are mainly in the two main political camps, the Democratic Party and the Socialist Party.

If we stop in Durrës, for example. We notice that a large part of the candidates come from the group, or more precisely are in some way supported by Xhevdet Troplini, or known as Poja, a controversial character of the underworld. Also, there are names on the list of candidates who are supported by the former mayor of Durrës, Vangjush Dako, who has had problems with justice and was declared non-grata by the United States of America .
