Accident with 4 victims, the prosecution requests prison for the concrete mixer

Following the request of the prosecution investigating the Fushë-Preza quadruple accident, the court has decided to hold a hearing this Saturday for Aleksandër Krrashi, the driver of the concrete mixer that crashed into the vehicle carrying four young people.

The security measure will take place at 11 am in the criminal room and the prosecution has requested arrest in prison in its request.

The hearing will be presided over by Judge Edvan Vecani.

The prosecution has filed criminal charges against the 24-year-old man for "Violation of traffic rules", "Driving a vehicle in an irregular manner" and "Leaving the scene of an accident".

According to the material referred to by the traffic police, the driver was not equipped with the relevant driving license, while before the fatal collision he had stopped in the roadway, but had not turned on the traffic light.

Enejdi Laçi and the three passengers in his vehicle, Erildi Laçi, 20 years old, Enrikejd Kurti, 24 years old, and Andi Laçi, 22 years old, lost their lives in the accident.
