The driver of the autobot who had an accident this evening on the Lushnjë-Berat national axis, in Kashtebardh, has passed away. It is known that the victim is the citizen Petro Piti.
The deceased was transporting fuel in an autobot when it collided with an agricultural vehicle. From the force of the crash, the Autobot ended up upside down in a drainage ditch.
The driver was trapped in the autobot and for several minutes, the residents of the area, the police officers and the firemen tried to get him out, but unfortunately they took him out of the vehicle without any signs of life.
