Accused of corruption, 6 lecturers of the University of Elbasan are released

The Special Anticorruption Court has released the 6 lecturers of Aleksandër Xhuvani University, who were arrested a short time ago on charges of corruption, from the security measure.

Earlier, the Court of Elbasan decided the measure "suspension from duty" for the lecturers and illegal assessment of the arrest. Now GJKO decided to lift the measure and the 6 lecturers will return to their duties.

Meanwhile, the person who played the role of the realtor remains in prison, and his wife continues to be suspended from office.

GJKO, on the other hand, presented the incompetence by returning the case again to the court of Elbasan, which earlier declared incompetence.
