The Carabinieri of Bereguardo, in the area of Pavia in Italy, arrested a 42-year-old Albanian woman, accused of the double attempt to kill two neighbors, respectively 90-year-old and her 62-year-old daughter.
The event happened on Wednesday evening, around 18:30, when the 42-year-old woman entered her neighbor's house.
Immediately after that, the woman took out a large kitchen knife, repeatedly hitting the mother and daughter in the upper body, then took refuge in an inner courtyard of the house, still with the knife in her hand, Italian media write.
The carabinieri arrested her, while the staff of 118 transported the two women to the emergency of San Matteo in Pavia.
