Balkan Barometer: Albanians are the most worried about prices in the region, 92%

Albanians are the most concerned people from the 5 countries of the Western Balkan region in terms of price increases.

The latest report of the Balkan Barometer shows that 64% of the respondents in Albania are almost dissatisfied with the increase in prices and consider them unaffordable in relation to the incomes that families have.

Albania has the highest percentage of people who are concerned about the high level of prices with about 64% compared to the BP average of 52%. About 92% of Albanians are dissatisfied with the level of prices, considering them quite high in relation to income, while for other countries in the region it follows: 84% Bosniaks, 72% Serbs, 59% Kosovars, 84% Montenegrins.

In relation to the six countries of the region, it turned out that only the citizens of Kosovo had the lowest level of dissatisfaction.

Our country had no citizen who considered the level of prices in the country normal, while in other countries of the region this percentage was between 1 and 10%
