The head of SPAK, Arben Kraja, has stated that ministers and deputies are under investigation for the incinerator affair.

Speaking in an interview for RTSH, Kraja says that even though the investigation of corruption at official levels is difficult, the file has already been opened and investigations are also underway in high positions.

"The investigation of senior officials is a challenge in itself. we have had cases of investigations or convictions by the vetting for corruption. We have had investigations and punishments for high officials in public procurement. The central Directorate of Public Procurement has been found guilty.

We are also investigating at the level of ministers and deputies, such as that of incinerators. We have issues with Gërdec, which has been reopened ," said Kraja.
