Euros and luxury cars, Gëzim Çela's assets are seized

The Special Court of Appeal for Corruption and Organized Crime has seized the assets of Gëzim Çela, otherwise known as the "drug baron".

In the press release, the Court of Appeals seizes about 500,000 euros and several luxury vehicles.

Notice of Special Appeal:

"The Special Court of Appeal for Corruption and Organized Crime, with a panel composed of judges Daniela Shirka (presiding), Igerta Hysi (member) and Iliriana Olldashi (member), today on 23.04.2024, announced the decision on the criminal case no. 87 act, date 16.04.2024 registration, registered on the complaint of citizen M.Th. and the company "***", with object: "Appeal against decision no. 13, dated 17.03.2024 of the Special Court of First Instance for Corruption and Organized Crime, regarding the sequestration of property according to law no. 10192, dated 03.12.2009", and decided:
