The party almost turned into a tragedy, 3 people go to the hospital with gunshot wounds

It is reported that at around 01:35, the three young men with the initials EP, 36 years old, AP, 36 years old, and DP, 34 years old, presented themselves at a private hospital for medical assistance, with injuries allegedly caused by firearms.

It is learned that they were celebrating with other people from their social and family circle in a bar on Rrugë e Kavaja, but the 32-year-old with the initials EE allegedly accidentally, with a firearm that he was carrying without a permit, made an involuntary shot

Citizens with the initials DP and AP, after receiving medical help, left for their homes, while the 35-year-old EP is in the hospital, under the care of doctors, out of danger.

The investigative group is continuing the work for the complete legal documentation of this case and the capture of the 32-year-old.

On 23.07.2024, around 01:35, the citizens EP, 36 years old, AP, 36 years old, and DP, 34 years old, presented themselves to a private hospital for medical help, with injuries allegedly caused by firearms.

These citizens, around 01:30 this morning, were celebrating together with other people from their social and family circle, in a bar on Kavaja Street.

From the entirety of the preliminary investigative actions, it became possible to identify the suspected perpetrator, a citizen of the EU, 32 years old, resident in Tirana. This citizen is suspected to have accidentally, with a firearm that he was carrying without a permit, made an involuntary shot, and as a result the above citizens were injured.

DP and AP citizens, after receiving medical help, have left for their residence, while the EP citizen is in the hospital, under the care of doctors, out of danger for life.

The investigative group, under the direction of the Prosecutor's Office, is continuing the work for the full legal documentation of this case and the capture of the EU citizen
