Shkodra, known as a bastion of the right, voted for the Socialist Party candidate Benet Beci as mayor.

The latter scored a deep victory with 60.24% of the votes against the rival of the "Together We Win" coalition, Bardh Spahia with 39.8%.

In an interview with Klan News, journalist Armand Shkullaku tells how he sees the new result in the former home of the Democrats.
