">The Police Supervision Agency has sent 3 police officers and two other people to the Prosecutor's Office as they are suspected of being involved in corrupt acts this Thursday.

The preliminary investigations against them were carried out after the broadcast in the media of the film footage, where after their review it turns out that the Police employees allegedly abused their duty, ensuring the conditions for the illegal crossing of the border of a citizen (investigative journalist) to Italy against the benefit monetary.

The criminal proceedings were carried out against the following citizens:

The 56-year-old, Inspector with the initials PH with the duty of Nd. Control Specialist at the Port Vlora Border Police Station who is suspected of "Misuse of duty".

The 55-year-old Inspector with the initials SH.L. with duty Nd. Control Specialist at the Port Vlora Border Police Station who is suspected of "Exercising illegal influence on persons exercising public functions" and "Abuse of duty".

The 56-year-old Inspector with the initials GZ, on duty as a service body at the Port Vlora Border Police Station, who is suspected of "Misuse of duty".

The 60-year-old with the initials FD, who is suspected of committing the criminal offense "Forgery of seals, stamps or forms".

The 56-year-old with the initials GM, who is suspected of "Exercising illegal influence on persons exercising public functions" and "Assisting in illegal border crossing".

As material evidence, a computer, invitation form, etc. were seized. Investigations continue in cooperation with the Prosecutor's Office of Vlora if there are other persons involved and bringing them to criminal responsibility.
