The Albanian band of robbers in Spain is destroyed

The Spanish authorities have destroyed an Albanian bank robbery gang. This group is accused of 19 ATM robberies in Almeria, Alicante, Valencia, Tarragona and Barcelona, which they ripped off with a truck.

According to the Spanish media, it is estimated that the stolen amount is about half a million euros.

Investigations into this group began in February, when an ATM was robbed in Cartagena. To carry out this robbery, the perpetrators used a truck with a crane, uprooting the ATM and stole 45,000 euros from there.

From the investigations, the police discovered other robberies, in which the same tactic was used. This led the investigative team to suspect that it was the same people.

The Civil Guard has carried out checks in the provinces of Tarragona, Madrid, Murcia, Toledo and Alicante, while investigations continue.
